Natasha Evans

Natasha Evans is the heart and soul behind Guardian Angel Homes, established in 2021 with a vision to provide compassionate care to those in need. A devoted wife and mother of two beautiful children, Natasha finds her greatest joy in her family. Since childhood, Natasha has possessed a natural inclination towards caring for others, igniting a lifelong passion for making a difference in people's lives.

Natasha's childhood dream was to one day establish a homeless shelter and mentor troubled teenage girls, a dream she continues to hold close to her heart. Her journey into the field of care began at the age of 20 when she applied for a job at Southside Virginia Training Center as a Direct Support Worker, driven by the need for employment. It was during her eight weeks of training that Natasha discovered her calling in working with individuals with intellectual disabilities.

After dedicating over five years at Southside Virginia Training Center, Natasha's path led her to Greater Unity Adult Homes, where she served as a Program Counselor for 16 years. Through her years of experience and unwavering dedication, Natasha's dream of owning her own Adult Family Homes became a reality with the establishment of Guardian Angel Homes.

Natasha's guiding principle in life is rooted in her belief that she was put on this earth to help others, particularly those in need. Alongside her husband, Natasha fosters a familial atmosphere at Guardian Angel Homes, where employees and members alike are embraced as part of the family.
